Flow for the Party:

Welcome from the Leadership A warm seasonal welcome to the event from your leadership, setting the tone and context for the event. We can have fun with their ’home environment’ – maybe they’re in the kitchen making mince pies, in a Xmas jumper by a roaring fire, or dressed as Scrooge? Bah Humbug!’ COVID security allowing, we send a camera crew to turn their welcoming speech into a mini-movie.

Physical Warm-Up Our festive facilitators get everyone up and moving immediately, setting the right levels of energy and interaction for the rest of the session.

Real Fireside Chats Breaking people into small groups, we launch them straight into an honest, meaningful chat. No awkward small talk, but an opportunity to connect straight off with different people, build relationships and have some fun.

  • Stories of Christmas Past – highlights and lowlights
  • Worst/Best gift you’ve ever been given?
  • ‘Show and Tell’ around each others homes and Xmas decoration efforts

Down the Chimney Who lives and works in a place like this?

  • We give people a hilarious ‘through the keyhole’ tour of assorted team members homes, exposing the best (and worst) bits of their Xmas preparations.
  • Can you guess which home belongs to whom?

Seasonal Storytelling Breaking into different groups (of 4-5) to connect with colleagues and reflect on the achievements of 2020.

  • The work they’re proudest of (which they didn’t create)?
  • What have people being doing brilliantly this year?
  • Each group capturing their fave team stories onto a shared Mural (digital wall) space and we briefly hear back some of the highlights from different groups.

Pictures of Christmas Future Putting (brightly-coloured) pens to paper, we ask everyone to reflect on how they want to feel at work in 12 months time – creating a piece of art that brings those feelings to life.

  • Stepping away from the screen and digging into the Christmas Event Box for materials, everyone creates their own piece of art.
  • Snap a photo of what you’ve created and share with the group.
  • Coming back together in small breakouts to share (and explain) your art – with the key themes being played back to the whole group.

Cocktail Time Everyone to have a cocktail/mocktail or two! A Make-along cocktail session to start to ramp up the party!

Secret Santa / Gift Opening A moment of mutual celebration with gifts being opened.

  • Everyone opens the gift they’ve been sent – holding it up their camera and sending their notes of thanks to the giver (after the event).

Feeling energized and connected It’s time to let loose and get the party started!

  • Fancy Dress Challenge Dip into your ‘Christmas Day in a Box’ for props – or dust off your old Xmas jumper. Heck, wrap your novelty Santa underpants round your head! Who’ll win our festive fancy dress challenge?
  • Seasonal Scavenger Hunt Who can collect random items from around their home the fastest? Snowman socks, empty wine bottle and superglue? No problem!

Who’s Knocking? If you want to take your party to the next level, we can schedule a series of surprise ‘wow’ moments* through the event – taking the focus of the party to different (unsuspecting) people’s doorsteps.

  • Santa’s Sleigh We follow one of the leadership team (dressed as Santa) making an epic ‘real time’ journey to deliver a gift to a special someone. During the party our cameras cut back to them to check progress, and build up to the big reveal: Whose door do they end up knocking at?
  • Gifts delivered live to the doorstep Surprise your people with the Christmas gift they’ve always wanted – a dancing gorilla, a life-sized ice sculpture of Freddie Mercury or just a huge festive bouquet! Choose a gift to suit the recipient – our cameras will be there to capture and share their delight, streaming their reaction live into the party.
  • Party Games for Charity We set up fun moments of competition that we can all enjoy – knowing worthy charities will benefit. Which impromptu ‘team captains’ will find themselves challenged on their doorsteps by our ‘Bucking Reindeer’ or Downhill Ski Run? Who can stay on longest, and how much cash can they win for the charity of their choice?
  • Magic Of Christmas Which mega-fan of ALL THINGS YULE will step out into their garden to find ‘Santa’s Grotto’ constructed just for them! We’re talking dancing elves, singing reindeer and Noddy Holder on a loop. Can we convert a self-proclaimed Grinch – by turning their front yard into a laser light show?

Interactive Entertainment We arrange for your choice of interactive entertainment to get the seasonal shine going

  • Live rock band or interactive, beatboxing comedians – we have a selection of high octane entertainers available for those who want to take their party to the next level.

Final Words + Dance-Off Disco Final words from the leadership team – before we lead everyone in a ‘dance-off’ taking it in turns to show each other your signature dance floor manoeuvres.

Close + Carry-on! We say goodbye, but leave the call open, turning the DJ duties over to you, so people can stay and dance as long as they like!
