Our client approached us in search of a hotel venue to hold their annual SKO meeting. Taking time to talk through the client brief in detail, we understood the client’s requirements in detail, noting that the key criteria comprised of an all-inclusive offering, leisure facilities / activities close by, offsite dinner options and a short travel distance from an airport.
Hippo proposed between 3 – 6 venues and included all the details our client would need to make an informed decision – from hotel logistics to the average temperature at the time of the year.
Utilising Hippo’s knowledge, contacts and negotiation skills, we conducted extensive research into multiple destinations including Greece, Croatia and Mallorca. Our client settled on the Barceló Illetas Albatros in Mallorca as their chosen hotel.
With guests arriving on Sunday to an evening dinner, the meeting took place on Monday and Tuesday, with some guests staying on for family holidays thereafter.
Our client received amazing feedback from all who attended and rated the hotel “excellent” in all areas in the post-event feedback form.
