Project Description


With a requirement of two large meeting spaces (ca. 400 pax), multiple syndicate rooms (ca. 50 pax) , space for catering, an exhibition area and as many twin bedrooms as possible, we conducted a nationwide search for the best hotels, within budget and with good transportation links.

Our key was the ensure as much exclusivity of a venue as possible, ensuring the delegates were emerged in the brands throughout the conference.

The delegates experienced numerous plenary sessions throughout the three days, interspersed with breakout sessions dedicated to brands and internal training and presentations. The first evening provided a relaxed atmosphere with numerous food stations featuring different cuisines, whilst the second a chic Gala Dinner.

Liaising with our client every step of the way, our Event Project Management service ensured we organised the day-to-day management, logistics, budget management, venue & supplier liaison, brand liaison, contract handling, bill handling, H&S, and food and beverage aspects of the event, among many others.

Further to this, we created and developed a bespoke mobile App exclusively for the attendees, as well as integrating further digital elements such as Voting Keypads, Interactive Newsfeeds, Video content, Surveys, online Video Hosting and so much more.

Our responsibilities also included sourcing and managing transportation, printing badges and lanyards and providing full delegate management of all 300 attendees.
