Project Description


Our client approached us with the task to find venues in seven different European destinations, the locations of which were led by where our clients’ customers are based.

With set up the day prior, the event space required was one large room for the main conference and a separate space for catering and for a small exhibition element. Taking into consideration that each event was back-to-back, we worked out the logistics and considered important information such as location to the airport and ease of access to the venues.

With a short lead time and subsequent lack of availability due to peak season, we assisted our client every step of the way, ensuring our determination and dedication to finding the ideal venues never wavered. Always maintaining a positive approach, we worked tirelessly to ensure the right venue at the right cost. We worked closely with our client’s suppliers to select the best venues for each location.

As we did not have time for site visits in person, we conducted these via Facetime and Skype so we could walk through the hotels and work out the flow of the event by seeing the space.

All-in-all the events were a huge success, with uptake from attendees even higher than expected.
