Initiating our services, our client challenged us with organising a 3-day incentive trip as a reward to staff who performance excelled in the previous year.

Working with the client on the agenda program, we sourced the best hotel in the desired area, close to their New York offices, ensuring a special stay for all the attendees.

Organising and booking return flights from various UK hubs to NYC, guests were also treated to transfers to / from their homes and around NYC throughout their time.

Liaising with our client, we provided a Full Event Management service, organising the day-to-day management, logistics, budget management, international payments and activities.

Furthermore, our Delegate Management service ensured a seamless process for registration, invitations, delegate liaison, joining instructions and a dedicated point of contact for any queries.
