Our client approached us requesting our assistance in finding venues for their two annual regional training events.
After a face to face meeting with the client to discuss their briefs in detail, and following a meeting to their offices to understand the company culture and environment more, we conducted a full venue find for both their Manchester and Heathrow events.
As part of the process we presented our client with details on availability, meeting space held, rates, cost savings, logistics and transportation all supported by imagery in a comprehensive proposal coving both locations.
We discussed in detail each of the options with our client, talking from first-hand experience, allowing our client to make a fully informed decision on their chosen venues.
