We specialise in assisting you with the creation, management and delivery of your events.

What is Global Venue Finding?

Provide us with your event brief and we will do the legwork to find you a suitable venue.

Our service is free of charge as we receive a commission from venues which covers our time. We are not tied to existing contracts with venues or hotel groups, meaning every proposal we make is unique to your event.

How much do you charge for your services?

Whilst our Venue Finding service is free, our Event Project Management service is based on a fee, set out in our contract’s Scope of Work (SoW).

Our fees are based on an allocated amount of time dedicated to your event, which would vary depending on the complexity of your event and what services you require. After contracting our fee will not change, unless the SoW varies from that contracted, or the allocated time is exceeded.
