How much do you charge for your services?

Whilst our Venue Finding service is free, our Event Project Management service is based on a fee, set out in our contract’s Scope of Work (SoW).

Our fees are based on an allocated amount of time dedicated to your event, which would vary depending on the complexity of your event and what services you require.

After contracting our fee will not change, unless the SoW varies from that contracted, or the allocated time is exceeded.

What is included in your fees?

Our fees include the full organisation of your event. This includes venue & supplier sourcing & management, logistics, contract & payment handling, F&B, budget management, on-site delivery, project planning, amongst many other tasks agreed.
