Whether you need a luxury hotel in the UK or a major arena overseas, our venue finding team operates worldwide.

This free service includes discussing your brief, researching suitable venues and presenting a clear, concise proposal with everything you need to make an informed choice.

How long does it take to receive a venue proposal?

For UK-based venue finds we generally request 5 working days to provide you with a proposal of minimum 3 – 6 venues which match your brief. This is to ensure quality in our proposal and the right venues are proposed for your event. For international enquiries we request a slightly longer lead time of 7 – 10 working days.
