Brief
For their big company celebration our client approached us to organise an international incentive, bringing together their 200 employees from multiple offices to spend some quality time together and create a memorable, fun experience.
Hippo’s
Solution
After shortlisting destinations such as Barcelona, Bordeaux, Dubrovnik and the Greek Islands, Hippo suggested Malta as a wildcard, knowing what the destination can offer. Sure enough, our client loved it, and after a quick site visit to the island the event was booked.
We worked closely with our client throughout the entire planning and on-site stages, managing all aspects of the event from start to finish.
Working with local partners in Malta, guests were greeted at the 5* hotel with champagne on a terrace, before whisking them off on a 3 hour gullet cruise around the island where they had lunch, snorkelled and took in the sights.
That evening a buffet dinner at the beach club was organised, complete with company branding, DJ, flambo’s and birthday cake! The following morning guests then took part in abseiling, zipwire, kayaking, archery and a whole host of other exciting activities, before then having the option to continue onto beach games or relax at the hotel in the afternoon. For the final night a stunning off-site gala dinner was equipped with a prosecco bar, photobooth, DJ and live band.
