Brief
For their large-scale event our client approached Hippo Events to commence a venue find for a suitable setting.
With the location entirely flexible, the requirements were for a residential venue that could accommodate one large plenary room for 250 cabaret, an exhibition and catering space large enough for 325 attendees and 25 expo stands, four breakout rooms of 50 cabaret or theatre, and over 250 bedrooms.

A nationwide search was conducted, approaching numerous venues, negotiating on rates and using our extensive knowledge to ensure we proposed the very best options available. Six venues were proposed, including easy transport locations in Wales, Manchester, Birmingham and London.
After talking the client through the options thoroughly the Novotel London West was shortlisted based on location and budget. We conducted further negotiation on rates, ensuring we managed to secure our client the very best meeting and event rates, as well as accommodation B&B rates.
After a site visit organised by Hippo Events our client confirmed the venue. We further supported our client throughout the contracting phase by ensuring it included generous Covid-19 clauses and ticked the relevant boxes in the terms and conditions.
Once signed Hippo Events remained in the background throughout, ensuring our client was receiving the very best service from the venue.
