Our client, in the beauty industry, engaged our services to assist in organising and managing their annual training event.
Our Venue Finding expertise saw us conduct a nationwide search for a venue consisting of a large plenary space and multiple syndicate rooms, whilst offering great transport links and neutral décor.

Managing the delegate registration and liaison we worked closely with our client, also supplying branded lanyards and badging ready for delegate arrival.
Both days were spent rotating between larger plenary sessions and smaller breakouts, learning important skills such as Face, Eye and Hand Massage, Makeup Touch-up, Foundation & Colour, among many others.
Our Event Project Management service meant we organised the day-to-day management, logistics, project planning, budget management, venue & supplier liaison, contract handling, bill handling, H&S, and food and beverage aspects of the event, among many others.
