Design firm Yabu Pushelberg were responsible for the interiors, so expect to find a sleek and fresh finish, neutral-tone bedrooms and plenty of natural light.
There are five places to eat and drink throughout the hotel’s Bishopsgate Plaza and adjoining Devonshire House; Straits Kitchen showcasing Singaporean-style dining, Ginger Lily, a lively cocktail bar and The Orchid Lounge, a timeless elegant living room serving Kopi Tiam, their bespoke Singaporean-inspired afternoon tea. They also have two private dining rooms for 12 and 14 guests.
With a choice of 9 innovative and flexible meeting room options across two floors and a triple-height, pillar-free ballroom, they are able to accommodate from 2 to 400 guests – no matter what type of event.
The Pacific Ballroom presents an impressive space accommodating up to 400 guests, with a private entrance leading directly from the Plaza through the Pavilion. This is London’s first SMART Ballroom, featuring state-of-the-art audio, visual and lighting technology to enhance all events. The venue can also be split into two separate soundproofed rooms, perfect for a conference needing a large breakout or exhibition space.
The bedrooms, neutral in tone, offer tranquillity alongside plaid carpeting, their bedrooms exude a British essence. The well-appointed room features floor-to-ceiling windows, chaise longue, Italian marbled bathroom with underfloor heating and 300-thread cotton linen.
And, if your into Wellbeing, the hotel has a floor dedicated exclusively to holistic health, featuring the most technologically advanced facilities showcased by any hotel gym in the UK.
