Process of venue finding:
1. Let's discuss your brief
We’ll listen to the details of your brief, preferably over phone or video call, and ask all the relevant questions to gain a full understanding of what you are looking to achieve.
2. We do the research
We draw up a list of suitable venues that match your brief using our experience and knowledge and contact them on your behalf, negotiating best possible rates and availability.
3. We send our proposal
We’ll send you over our proposal to include a minimum of 3 event venues, pictures of the proposed meeting space, logistical details, transportation and of course the all-important discounted rates.
4. You shortlist / conduct site visits
If you’d like us to look for alternative venues we’re more than happy, otherwise we can arrange site visits at your preferred venues, accompanying you should you wish.
5. We secure your venue
Once you’ve confirmed with us where you’d like to proceed we’ll request the contract from your selected venue for your event and check to ensure it’s all as agreed and the T&C’s are fair.
6. Contracting
Generally, our clients like to sign the contract directly with venues, however if you wish for us to sign on your behalf we’d be more than happy.
7. Introduction
Once the all-important contract is signed we’ll introduce you directly to the venue so you can liaise on the event details moving forwards.
8. We remain in the background
Organising an event is never plain sailing, so we ensure we remain in the background should you need any assistance or advice - venue specific or just general event-related questions.
9. Check-ins
We check in with you regularly to ensure that the venue are communicating to the high standards we expect and all is going to plan.
10. Event
You have a hugely successful event in your perfect venue!
11. Post-event
Feedback is hugely important to us, as we follow-up post-event with you to receive any and all feedback on the venue’s performance during the pre-event, on-site and post-event stages.
