The British Motor Museum Conference and Exhibition Centre is making an additional investment in its flexible event space, known as South Wing 5.
As an award-winning conference and events venue in the Midlands, the British Motor Museum has decided to expand its South Wing in response to growing client demand. This expansion comes just six months after an initial investment of £70k.
South Wing 5, the latest addition, is a spacious room that can accommodate up to 110 delegates. It boasts abundant natural daylight and offers direct vehicular access, making it an ideal choice for conferences, product launches, and exhibitions. South Wing 5 is complemented by South Wing 1-4, which serve as excellent breakout spaces, creating a comprehensive event experience.
The direct vehicular access feature significantly simplifies the loading process, allowing for easy logistics and delivery of large-scale display products and associated equipment. In total, the South Wing provides five conference spaces, offering a combined flexible conference and exhibition space of 477 square meters. Each room in the South Wing is fully air-conditioned and equipped with the latest data projectors, and guests benefit from the Museum’s complimentary 1Gbps Wi-Fi.
The South Wing comprises several flexible spaces, including South Wing 1, 3, and 4, each capable of accommodating up to 50 delegates. South Wing 4 also offers the flexibility to divide into two smaller rooms using a partition wall, each with its separate entrance. South Wing 2, on the other hand, provides a more intimate space suitable for up to 16 delegates in a theater-style setup.

This modern event space expansion enhances the South Wing’s capabilities and offers various scalable breakout options for delegates. Additionally, he highlighted the unique delegate experience the museum offers, including free access to the adjoining British Motor Museum collection, easily accessible directly from the South Wing.
